Rick Johnson
Managing General Partner RC Enterprises, has thirty years experience in the multi line insurance industry and an immense knowledge of Sales and Marketing, Management Development and Agency Building.

Rick began his insurance career in 1976 as a scratch agent for Nationwide Mutual Insurance company. Moving into management in 1979 he held positions as field sales manager, Regional Sales manager and Sales officer. Rick was a top performer as an agent and field sales manager recognized as a line leader and conference qualifier as an agent.    

Rick’s list of accomplishments as a field manager include 7 Presidents Conference qualifications and one of only two division managers at Nationwide ever to win Division Manger of the year twice Rick also oversaw Nationwide’s new agent training, leading a team as they prepared new agents to grow their agencies in Personal Property and Casualty, Commercial and Financial services. He also participated in Sales management training and development during his Home office stay. Rick worked for a year on a team that developed and rolled out Nationwide’s approach to partnering with agents helping  them grow their agency premium. 

Rick’s focus with RC Enterprises is installing the Agency Staff Model and leading the Goal setting and Time Management workshops.

Rick has earned his Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation. He is a veteran of the US Army and was awarded the Bronze Star medal for service in Vietnam.
